Facebook Login & WhatsApp Data Deletion Request
In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and GDPR/CCPA data regulations, Unlockify AI provides users and tenant organizations with simple methods to delete all associated Facebook Login data, WhatsApp Business Account tokens, and customer messaging records.
Method 1: Disconnect & Remove WhatsApp Data in Tenant Dashboard
Option A: Self-Serve In-App Disconnect
- Log into your Unlockify AI Tenant Admin Dashboard at /admin.
- Navigate to the WhatsApp Connection tab in the sidebar.
- Click the [Disconnect] button.
- Your encrypted WhatsApp access tokens and webhook credentials will be immediately purged from our database.
Method 2: Remove Unlockify AI via Facebook Settings
Option B: Remove via Facebook Account Settings
- Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Click on Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
- Locate Unlockify AI and click Remove.
- Facebook will revoke the authorization and notify Unlockify AI to invalidate active sessions.
Method 3: Submit Manual Data Deletion Request
Option C: Email Data Deletion Request
You can request full deletion of all organization data (including customer CRM profiles and conversation histories) by emailing privacy@unlockify.ai with your organization ID or registered owner email. Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
